I would not recommend Hyundai navan for aftersales/service. Inefficient staff with very poor communication. I was booked in on two separate occasions to get coolant changed and on both occasions after taking days off work i was told they didn't have the coolant or tool. I emailed my grievance to Hyundai Navan twice and have yet to receive any correspondance back.Dreadful service.

Fortunately, I had the privilege of relying on Hyundai's exceptional road assistance service, which proved to be an absolute life-saver during this crisis.Hyundai's roadside assistance team promptly responded to my distress call, ensuring my safety by swiftly arranging a tow truck to transport my car to the garage. Their professionalism and efficiency during this highly stressful situation were truly commendable.To my immense relief, Hyundai provided me with a replacement car for a period of two days, enabling me to continue with my daily responsibilities while my car was being repaired. The replacement car was in excellent condition and served its purpose admirably during that time.However, the disappointment lies in what followed. After the initial two-day period, Hyundai informed me that the garage would provide me with a car while my vehicle underwent repairs. Regrettably, several months have now passed, and I am still without a replacement car from the garage.As a mother and business owner, this situation has caused significant hardship in managing my daily life. The lack of a reliable transportation solution has hindered my ability to effectively fulfill both personal and professional responsibilities.Considering the initial efficiency and effectiveness displayed by Hyundai's roadside assistance service, I had anticipated the same level of dedication from the garage in promptly providing a replacement car. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.While I am grateful for the initial assistance and the temporary car provided by Hyundai, the prolonged delay in receiving a replacement car from the garage has significantly inconvenienced my life. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a more prompt and efficient resolution to this matter.Overall, my experience with Hyundai's roadside assistance service was positive, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction during emergencies. However, the subsequent delay in receiving a replacement car from the garage has been disappointing and has had a negative impact on my ability to manage my responsibilities as a mother and business owner.I sincerely hope that this situation can be rectified, and improved policies can be implemented. As I am still paying off a car loan, it is imperative to have appropriate policies in place that ensure customers are not left without a car. The reason provided for the unavailability of cars, namely that they are currently being taxed, is not satisfactory.
